Ideal for use in health care facilities, restaurants, server rooms, and other commercial spaces, this unit provides greater cooling capacity per amp of power vs. air-cooled models and is highly suitable for high ambient air temperature applications. Designed for permanent or temporary spot cooling, this unit features durable metal housing and is equipped with four swivel casters, two of which are locking, for easy maneuverability. Unlike air-cooled models that utilize a fan to cool the condenser coil, this model uses water, which is quieter, more energy efficient, and eliminates the need to vent hot exhaust. This unit requires a constant supply of cold or chilled water to operate and access to a drain (janitor/utility sink, regular sink, or floor drain).
