Each frame is painted blue using a cataphoretic process to prevent corrosion. The side perforations are used for fitting struts and accessories, while the teardrop frame design allows each shelf to be adjusted in 2" increments. Bolt frame connections are grade 5 and zinc-plated with limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening. All nuts, with a serrated flange, remain securely fastened with no extra maintenance. The standard, pre-punched footplates allow for easy anchoring, and a recessed channel in the column's shape keeps the bolts and nuts safely away from products and people.
